Hi, I’m noa!

Accredited Practising Dietitian | Sports & Hormone Health | Non-Diet Approach

I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian, content creator, ex-dieter, but most importantly, someone who has been exactly where you are.

I know what it’s like to feel strong, powerful, and confident

…and then slowly lose yourself in the pursuit of being “healthy”

I was stuck in a cycle of trying to shrink my body.

For years, I was caught in a cycle of:

  • Counting calories

  • Feeling anxious around food

  • Chasing body standards that never felt achievable

  • Treating my body like a constant project

I went from feeling strong, fit, and completely free around food to watching pieces of myself slowly slip away.

What started as “healthy habits” slowly became rigid control.

My strength faded.
My hair thinned.
My period disappeared.
And with it went my energy, my joy, and my sense of self.

Training stopped being something I loved and became something I used to control how I looked. What once felt empowering started to feel exhausting. Performance was replaced by aesthetics. Discipline turned into obsession.

My energy disappeared. I pulled away from friends. And eventually, I had to walk away from competitive sport.

Gymnastics. Surf lifesaving. Running. Ironwoman.

Something that once meant so much to me was suddenly taken away because I fell into the hole of diet culture. The false promise that if I were just a bit skinnier and ate a bit “healthier,” I would finally be happier, be accepted, and confident.

And the hardest part?

I achieved the goal.

I became leaner. More controlled. More “disciplined.”

And I was more miserable than ever.

Food consumed my thoughts.
I avoided social events.
Panicked over “off-plan” meals.
Restricted foods I loved, which only led to bingeing.
Then blamed myself when I couldn’t maintain perfection.

From the outside, I looked “fine.”

But inside, I was exhausted, isolated, and stuck.

i realised i couldn’t live like this forever.

I didn’t want to be 80 years old and realise I’d spent my whole life trying to control my body.

Still counting.
Still restricting.
Still afraid of birthday cake.

I didn’t want food or exercise to define my life anymore.

I wanted:

  • My energy back.

  • My period back.

  • My strength back.

  • My personality back.

But I couldn’t do it alone.

Getting support changed everything.

Recovery wasn’t quick or perfect, it was messy and uncomfortable, but slowly things began to return:

My cycle.
My strength.
My confidence.
My joy for life.

I learned how to:

  • Fuel my body properly

  • Train for strength and performance, instead of aesthetics

  • Support my hormones

  • Rebuild trust with my body

  • Find peace around food again

And I found myself.

This is why I do what I do.

Today, I support high-achieving, active women who feel stuck in the same cycle I once was — women who are doing “all the right things” but still feel exhausted, anxious around food, and disconnected from their bodies.

My approach is non-diet, evidence-based, and holistic, grounded in:

  • Sports dietetics

  • Hormone health

  • Consistent fuelling

  • Nervous system and lifestyle support

We don’t chase extremes.

We don’t aim for control or perfection.

Instead, we focus on building a relationship with food and exercise that actually supports your health, performance, and life long term.

But when strength becomes shrinking
When discipline becomes obsession
When health becomes fear…

Something has gone wrong.

Let me ask you this.

Is the body you’re trying to control worth the life you’re missing?

No one will remember you for the size of your jeans.

They will remember how you showed up.
How you loved.
How you lived.

You can spend your life trying to manage your body.

Or you can build foundations that allow you to feel strong, supported, and free inside it.

If you’re ready to fuel your body properly, support your hormones, feel strong in your training, and finally experience peace around food, I’m here.
